As we close out 2025, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to our clients. This year has been one of growth, milestones, and incredible partnership. None of it would be possible without the trust, collaboration, and vision of the leaders and businesses we work with.
Thanks to your support, we’ve been able to achieve some exciting milestones:
Expanded Services: Launched payroll and accounting as stand-alone services, growing our payroll team three months ahead of plan and our accounting team a full year ahead of plan all based on client demand.
Team Growth: Our team grew from 5 to 16 members, with opportunities for internal growth. We saw promotions to senior roles, leadership responsibilities, and transitions from part-time to full-time.
Client Portfolio Growth: More than doubled our client portfolio while maintaining over 99% client retention YoY.
Acquisition Support: Completed three large multi-month acquisition diligence projects and supported numerous acquisitions across our existing clients.
Revenue and Partnerships: Saw a 900% YoY increase in project work come our way, with leaders from a vast number of industries looking for support to enhance their culture and ensure compliance. We gained numerous new partnerships with systems who belive in our mission, including Rippling and Ubiquity. Doubled down on our partnerships with our existing partners, such as BambooHR and Gusto.
Leadership Development: Concluded a portfolio-wide leadership development cohort, supporting growth across our clients’ organizations.
Talent Acquisition Success: Placed hundreds of candidates in new roles across our portfolio and took on stand-alone talent acquisition contracts.
Operational Excellence: Implemented over a dozen systems and audited over 1,000 I-9s to ensure compliance and efficiency.
