Rising Tide HR was honored to serve as a sponsor of the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce's event this July. It was a fantastic evening spent connecting with fellow local business owners and leaders, and we were thrilled to have the opportunity to share more about who we are and how we help small and midsized businesses thrive.

Our own HR Business Partner, Annie Saddler, took the stage to present on Rising Tide HR's approach to building sustainable business operations. Annie walked the room through a challenge so many growing businesses face: HR, payroll, and finance often operate in silos, manual processes create inefficiencies, compliance gets more complex, and leaders end up spending valuable time on administrative work instead of strategy. Her core message resonated with the audience…as organizations grow, disconnected systems can increase risk and reduce operational efficiency, but they don't have to.

Annie also shared what sets Rising Tide HR apart: a team with over 220 years of combined professional experience across HR, payroll, and accounting, delivering tailored solutions ranging from standalone payroll and accounting support to all-encompassing HR retainers, project-based work, and flexible per-diem assistance.

We're especially proud of the results our clients have seen. Over the past year, Rising Tide HR has maintained a 99% client retention rate through 2025 and into 2026, grown our portfolio by 106% in 2025 without spending a dollar on traditional marketing, and earned a 95% client satisfaction rating across our portfolio year-to-date in 2026. These numbers reflect what matters most to us: real relationships, tailored support, and helping our clients build the sustainable systems they need to grow with confidence.
