Claudette Bachiller (pronounced like “bachelor”) brings more than 20 years of payroll experience and 8 years of human resources expertise to her work with Rising Tide HR. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, along with two MBAs - one from the University of Phoenix and another with a concentration in Human Resources from Brandman University. Claudette holds a Strategic HR Business Partner Certification (sHRBP) from the Human Capitol Institute, and is an active member of SHRM, PIHRA and PayrollOrg.

Claudette has supported clients across business consulting, real estate, and property management, working with organizations ranging from early-stage startups to growing small businesses. Her core areas of focus include payroll processing, onboarding and offboarding, time and attendance, benefits administration, and compliance, with additional support in performance management, employee relations, and DE&I initiatives. Known for her personable, detail-oriented, and reliable approach, Claudette values her combined payroll and HR background, which allows her to deliver practical, scalable solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

At Rising Tide HR, Claudette is excited to partner closely with clients to streamline operations, support growth, and provide accurate, responsive guidance that allows leaders to stay focused on building their businesses.

Outside of work, Claudette enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, trying new cuisines, and cheering on her favorite basketball team - the Los Angeles Lakers.
