Dylan Mailes is an HR Coordinator at Rising Tide HR, bringing over five years of experience supporting fast-growing, people-first organizations. She has worked in the tech industry for Mindbody and GlossGenius as part of the Customer Success teams and later transitioned into People and CX Operations, where she partnered cross-functionally to enhance employee experience, support operational growth, and streamline internal processes.
