Ina brings extensive international experience and a strong foundation in the nonprofit sector, shaped by her work with an international schools campus and a college preparatory school in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as an American university in Germany.

She oversees all core financial functions, including general ledger accounting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Her accomplishments include managing construction accounting for a $20 million new campus project and developing a comprehensive financial reporting system for an organization serving 1,200 students. This system encompassed financial statements, cash management, payroll, and accounts payable and receivable. Ina also has deep expertise in complex funding structures such as endowments, annual giving, capital campaigns, and multi-funded grants, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and clear, timely reporting. Her broad skill set enables her to effectively support both finance and human resources functions while contributing to long-term organizational success.

A native German speaker fluent in English, Ina holds a degree in accounting and statistics from Leipzig University and brings a valuable global perspective to every organization she serves.
