A Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Jenny is known for her collaborative, solutions-driven approach. Her expertise spans strategic leadership, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. She has successfully led HRIS and performance management implementations, payroll system upgrades, and initiatives that modernize onboarding, professional development, and benefits programs—all while fostering a supportive, people-first workplace culture.
