Based in San Diego, California, Kristi is a proud San Diego State University alumna (Go Aztecs!) with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Her deep understanding of California’s complex employment laws, from training and leaves of absence, to safety and workers’ compensation, allows her to guide clients with confidence and clarity.
