Lynda Booth brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience spanning non-profits, small private businesses, and large corporations. She has a proven track record in Talent Acquisition, consistently building high-quality, engaged teams. From the initial candidate contact through onboarding, Lynda ensures a seamless and positive experience for every candidate.

Lynda is equally passionate about staff development and leadership training, helping employees grow in their careers while driving retention and engagement. As a certified coach, she partners closely with managers to navigate employee relations, support performance management, and strengthen organizational culture. Her expertise also includes compliance, organizational design, policy and procedure creation, and strategic planning, always aligning HR initiatives with company goals.

Lynda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Fitchburg State University. She relocated to Tucson, AZ, to enjoy a warmer climate while continuing to pursue her professional passions. She is an active member of SHRM and has been recognized for her contributions to the HR field, including the 2018 SHRM HR Excellence Award for Diversity & Inclusion and the 2011 SHRM Excellence Award for Recruitment and Staffing Management.
