Mary brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership and human resources experience, with expertise in strategic HR partnership, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations and leadership development.
Most recently, Mary served as Director of Talent Management at Farmers Insurance, where she led enterprise-wide talent strategies, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development. She partnered closely with executive leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness, improve talent development, and align people strategies with business objectives. Previously, as a Senior HR Business Partner, she supported approximately 1,500 employees and 12 executives, coaching leaders through complex employee relations matters, organizational changes, performance management, and workforce planning. She also led and developed a team of HR Business Partners.
Earlier in her career, Mary spent nearly a decade with Target in progressive leadership roles, ultimately overseeing a $35 million operation and approximately 200 team members. This experience gives her a strong operational and business perspective when advising leaders on people-related challenges.
Mary holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, with an emphasis in Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science from Johnson & Wales University. She is passionate about building strong workplace cultures, developing effective leaders, and helping organizations navigate complex HR challenges through thoughtful, strategic, and practical people solutions.
