Rebecca is known for her thoughtful and pragmatic approach to building strong, people-centered foundations within organizations. She brings expertise in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, people analytics, employee relations, and organizational development, all grounded in a commitment to fostering healthy, high-performing cultures.
She earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
