Taylor Malotte is a California Central Coast native and HR professional who genuinely loves the work she does. With a background spanning HR operations, compliance, payroll, talent acquisition, and employee support, she brings a hands-on, people-first approach to everything she takes on. Taylor believes that great HR is about more than processes and paperwork. It is about making sure people feel supported, valued, and set up to succeed.

Taylor holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and earned her SHRM-CP certification early in her career, a reflection of her commitment to the HR profession and her drive to keep growing. During her time at Cal Poly she also served as a Transfer Peer Leader, helping incoming students find their footing, connect with resources, and feel at home in a new environment. That experience shaped the way she shows up for people to this day.

What excites Taylor most about her role at Rising Tide HR is the opportunity to work alongside a team that shares her belief that HR should be personal, not one-size-fits-all. She is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, finding creative solutions to real workplace challenges, and continuing to grow as an HR professional in the community she calls home.

When she is not working, Taylor is most likely spending time with her family somewhere on the CA Central Coast or trying new restaurants.
